RavenGive License Agreement
Unregistered Copy
This license agreement grants you the following rights:
- You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the software product.
- You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the software product;
provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy. Copies may be distributed as a
standalone product or included with your own product.
Limitations:
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software product, except
to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You may not separate the component parts of the software product.
Copyright:
- All title and copyrights in and to the software product are owned by Raven Black.
You must treat the software product like any other copyrighted material.
Limited warranties:
- Any warranty for this product is expressly disclaimed. The product is provided "as is"
without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, the
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
What little risk arises out of use of the product remains with you.
- In no event shall Raven Black be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of
the use of, or inability to use this product.
Registered Copy
The agreement for a registered copy of the software product is the same as for an
unregistered copy with the following additional caveats:
- You may not distribute your registration ID code for this product.
- Raven Black agrees that your registration ID will be valid for all future versions of this software product owned by Raven Black.
- Raven Black will attempt to repair any faults (and, at his discretion, omissions) you might find in the product.
