Gingerbread
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix 2 cups of all purpose flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of allspice, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and finely chopped fresh ginger about the size of 3 thumbs.
Mix 2 fake eggs, 1/2 cup of blackstrap molasses, 1/4 cup of neutral oil, 2/3 cup of water.
Thoroughly mix the wets into the dries.
Bake in a bundt tin for 55 minutes.
